Shipping is free above Rs. 999 across PAN India. We do not provide international deliveries as of now.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding the weekends and holidays) after receiving the payment confirmation. You will get a notification once your order is processed and shipped.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.

 

We offer the following shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: Expect your order to be shipped out within a week’s time.

• Delivery estimates are provided once your order has been processed and shipped. Please note that these are estimates and actual deliveries may vary due to factors beyond our control. 

 

ORDER TRACKING

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email, sms containing tracking information.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS

 

Please ensure your delivery address — including flat/house number, street, landmark, city, state, and pin code — is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. We may contact you via email or phone to verify your address if any details appear incomplete or unclear.

 

Delays arising from an incorrect or incomplete address are not the responsibility of the brand. In the event that a delivery location is inaccessible, delivery time may exceed the standard estimate.

 

SHIPPING DAMAGE OR ISSUES

 

If in any case, you receive a damaged product, send an email to ankita.sakorkar@icloud.com with photo(s) of the damaged item as soon as you receive it, and we will resolve the issue. The colour of the artwork might slightly differ from what you see on the screen depending on the display of your screen. This is not considered a damaged product.

 

COURIER PARTNERS & LIABILITIES

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier company or any factors beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, force majeure events, or technical disruptions at the courier’s end. We will always endeavour to keep you informed of any significant delays affecting your order.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of the products, the tote bags, stickers etc are non-refundable. Request you to take your time to decide before purchasing any product or placing a custom order.
