1. How long will my order take?

2. Do you deliver internationally?
At the moment, we only have domestic delivery.
3. What is your return / refund policy?
Because our products are handmade, we don’t do returns and refunds unless a product is damaged. In that case, please drop an email at ankita.sakorkar@icloud.com with images of the damaged product and we can resolve the issue. Please carefully purchase before ordering, so we can all help to reduce waste.
4. What form of payment do you accept?
We do not have cash on delivery. We use razorpay which includes a wide range of payment methods including UPI, credit card and debit card payments.
5. Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes. All our stickers are three layered and waterproof.
6. Where can I stick the stickers?
You can stick them on laptops, mobile phones, cupboards, white boards etc. Avoid sticking them on clothes as they are not iron on stickers.
7. What are the care instructions for the stickers?
Avoid scratching and tugging the stickers. And it shall keep your stickers vibrant for a very long time.
8. What are the care instructions for tote bags?
Gentle hand wash recommended. Machine washable (on a gentle cycle). Use a mild detergent.
9. Do you do customised products?
Absolutely! If your order is sizable enough then we can definitely fulfill your requirement. Drop us an email on ankita.sakorkar@icloud.com about your requirement and we will get in touch with you.
10. Will you be launching any new products apart from tote bags and stickers?
Absolutely. We are working on new products and designs. Will be updating on the website regularly.
